Cards, wallets and bank transfers
Debit cards, electronic wallets and bank transfers are common payment categories, but availability varies by operator and location. A displayed brand logo does not guarantee acceptance for your account. A method may support deposits without supporting withdrawals. Confirm both directions in the cashier. We do not assign payment logos to casinos without verified local acceptance information.
USD and CAD: make the currency explicit
Do not treat every dollar symbol as the same unit. Check the casino account currency, the offer currency and your bank's currency before comparing amounts. A provider may apply an exchange rate or conversion charge on deposits and again on withdrawals. Ask whether the account denomination can be changed after registration. If it cannot, make the choice carefully before funding the account.
Verification before withdrawal
An operator may request proof of identity, address or payment ownership. Use only its official secure upload process and read the requested document requirements first. Do not send identity documents to Jack Millions: we are not a casino and cannot verify an account. Matching your registration details to your payment account can prevent avoidable inconsistencies. Never borrow another person's payment method to get around a restriction.
Three parts of a withdrawal
A request can involve document checks, internal approval and payment-provider transit. A headline processing time may refer to only one stage. Check when the estimate begins and whether weekends or additional reviews can affect it. Look for minimum amounts, transaction limits and any fees. Keep the request reference and contact official support if the status does not match the published process.
If a transaction goes wrong
Stop and compare the casino transaction history with your payment provider's record. Do not make repeated deposits while investigating an unexplained charge or missing credit. Contact the operator through verified channels with the relevant dates, amounts and reference numbers. If the issue remains unresolved, consult its formal complaints procedure. Keep account credentials and full card details private.
